Meet The Team
Ricky Dennis
Co-President
Ricky started his staffing industry career in 1994 and is a true success story. Since 1994, he has worked in every department and capacity for TMD and now brings that well-rounded background to his position as Co-President.
Ricky oversees the corporate HQ function, including the project management of all IT-related projects, internal talent acquisition and the critical component of risk management and compliance governance. Additionally, Ricky serves as the TMD corporate sponsor ensuring client retention and sustainability standards exceed expectations.
Ricky is a Houston sports fan, having a special affinity for his beloved Astros. He is also an avid outdoorsman, enjoying hunting and fishing, as well as spending time with his nieces and nephews who affectionately call him “Funcle”!!
Rory Dennis
Co-President
Rory started his staffing industry career in 1995 and has ascended to his position as Co-President through hard work, perseverance, and his unwavering commitment to excellence. Rory steers TMD’s strategic direction to ensure the continued growth, profitability, and integrity of the company. Rory takes great pride in all things TMD, is considered a staffing industry subject matter expert, and as such, leads the sales efforts, as well as directs the human resources and legal groups.
Rory is a graduate of Texas State University, where he served as an executive member of the Sigma Chi fraternity. He and his wife Kelly are proud parents of two very active boys. Rory enjoys spending time with his family and his interests outside of work include coaching his sons’ sports teams as well as traveling, hunting, and fishing.
Erika Gomez
Vice President of Operations
Erika Gomez began her staffing career in 1998, started at the front desk and through proven hard work and dedication, has worked her way through the ranks and is now Director of Business Operations. Erika specializes in various areas such as business development, customer service, and market talent among other things. Through the example of her parents, she was taught that hard work and perseverance always pays off and she works every day to set the same example to her two children, Ernesto and Mia.
Tonya Wills
Vice President of Sales
Tonya Wills is the Vice President of Sales at TMD Staffing. Tonya’s staffing career began in 1996 as a recruiter, and her passion and strong work ethic have paved her path to several leadership roles in the light industrial, logistics, and manufacturing sectors of the staffing industry. Her roles in the staffing industry exposed her to the intricacies of customer service, sales strategies, client relationship management, and market dynamics.
She has a passion for connecting the proper talent with our client’s workforce. Her goal is to find great jobs for great people! Throughout her career, she focused on her clients as prospects with the full sales cycle in mind. With this approach, she was responsible for a $60M book of business. She takes pride in delivering the best staffing experience for all our clients.
Tonya is a graduate of Alvin Community College, earning her Associate Degree. While she is not connecting with top employers in our communities, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends.
