Rory started his staffing industry career in 1995 and has ascended to his position as Co-President through hard work, perseverance, and his unwavering commitment to excellence. Rory steers TMD’s strategic direction to ensure the continued growth, profitability, and integrity of the company. Rory takes great pride in all things TMD, is considered a staffing industry subject matter expert, and as such, leads the sales efforts, as well as directs the human resources and legal groups.

Rory is a graduate of Texas State University, where he served as an executive member of the Sigma Chi fraternity. He and his wife Kelly are proud parents of two very active boys. Rory enjoys spending time with his family and his interests outside of work include coaching his sons' sports teams as well as traveling, hunting, and fishing.
